There is something incredible about serving some of the people in our own backyard!  The students of our Catholic Student Center at Lindenwood University have a proud tradition of serving the people of Eastern Kentucky through a program over Spring Break called the Christian Appalachian Project. This is an incredible experience that allows you to make a concrete difference in the lives of others, and ensure that they have living conditions that are safe, warm, and dry.  Other university students from across the nation join us for this event.  If you take part in this experience, you are guaranteed to walk away exhausted, but with the knowledge that you made a difference in the life of someone who needed your help.
